Spoke directly with Attorney Palumbo when calling. Rather would have preferred to speak with a paralegal or office manager, or someone whose time is not so limited.... Felt that he did not adequate answer my questions and felt pressured into signing a retainer, which gladly I did not. So I received a returned phone call at 6:30pm from 11am when I called to ask about my situation, to be told that my only option was bankruptcy and that he knows a guy. He proceeded to ask me how much money I have in my bank account. I mentionedI wasn’t interested in bankruptcy and he proceeded to speak over me over and over again and his tone only got nastier. Going 74 mph on a 50 mph speed zone, 6 points, back in 2017. I paid $695 and Palumbo took care of the whole case. I was found not guilty and my ticket was dismissed June 2021. During the past few years, I would email for updates, and he responded very promptly. Highly recommend and very convenient not going to court. Thank you Palumbo and firm!

I contacted Palumbo and Associates after receiving a 'speeding' ticket on the Henry Hudson in NYC in December 2018. Michael and his office kept me updated on rescheduled court dates, and handled all communication with the courts during COVID-19. I am very happy to say my ticket was dismissed in June 2021. My insurance never went up, and 6 points never hit my record. I honestly never had to worry about anything after sending Palumbo & Associates my original information and ticket, I highly recommend this team.
