A man in his 40's was neglected for 1week by the staff and not even caring about the residents in the property, all they care about is their own appearance like having botox and their nails done. None of the staff are qualified to work in this type of industry. All they are good for are to be a dinner ladies in a pre school. AVOID THIS PLACE COMPLETELY
They looked after my mother in law very well.
