Great quality, easy to work with on custom orders, always ships fast, and reasonable prices. And the quality is very high - of course! I've purchased several long lines, check cords, leashes, training tabs, and even a clip-and-slip collar. All perfect to order and I love the biothane for easy cleaning and high durability. I am a die-hard leather leash person, but nothing beats biothane for long lines and tabs or anything that is going to get wet or dirty. Plus, fun colors!
These are the best long lines around and their customer service can't be beat. I use them both personally & professionally and recommend them to dog training clients. If a rivet does happen to come off (has only happened on one of the 3 lines I have from them), they send another no questions asked with directions on how to fix your leash. My dogs LOVE going on walks on longer leashes when it's safe to do so, and I love that these don't snag on weeds, grass, etc.
I swear by these leashes. I use them both personally and professionally. Lightweight with great grip and so durable. So many puppies have chewed on my first one but you wouldn't even know! Being biothane they do stiffen over time, but very slowly. My 2yr old leash that sees daily rigorous use (I train board-and-trains full time) still works great. Great, honest company with quality products. I ordered a long line that was too large and worked with Charla to get a shorter line…she made the process super easy and provided a partial refund even though it was my mistake. Great job guys!
Great lines and great service. I have purchased lines from this company in a variety of lengths and configurations. They are used under moderately rugged conditions and I have never had an issue. Four of my lines have bolt snaps at both ends and work perfectly every time, with heavy pullers. My longer lines have been used in the field for years and look like they are still new. What I really like about Palomine, is that if I need a line or lines customized for a specific purpose, they work with me to meet my needs.
