We were invited to attend a Cowboy Luncheon today. Worst food I have ever seen. One choice was Brisket, corn and beans. Wife chose this one. I have never seen Brisket like this in my life. Dry, hard and curled like it had been cooked a week ago and reheated several times, Did not even resemble brisket. It looked like a very thin piece of "what the hell is this?" When I walked into the doors of this property, I felt the warmth and comfort of home. It’s absolutely beautiful. I was greeted by management who were so caring, loving and welcoming. All the staff there were absolutely wonderful. They made me feel right at home. The residents there were very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. The food was so good. Such a great experience today at the Country Western BBQ! I’ve been to two events here in the past six months and both times I was blown away. The effort and detail that is put in to these events is undeniable. We are always warmly welcomed, the home cooked food is delicious and the community is always pristine.
