I first did a search by high recommendations. I called ahead and reviewed each highly recommended assisted living location and without a doubt Paloma's landing is the best assisted living facility in ABQ. I am moving my mother in law in now. Antoinette and Amanda plus the owners are phenomenal.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Antoinette through the senior living referral process, and she’s truly a gem. As the Sales Director at her independent community, she goes above and beyond—not only for the families she serves but also for her professional partners. She’s kind, caring, and incredibly genuine. I’ve deeply appreciated the people she’s sent my way and highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate and knowledgeable support in senior living.
Absolutely terrible experience. The staff here are incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I walked in, there was no one at the front to greet or assist me. After waiting around, a woman in a yellow shirt finally appeared—only to give me a nasty attitude when I simply asked for directions. When I followed up to make sure the directions were correct (because they’ve sent me the wrong way before), she accused me of being hateful. Completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and honestly just embarrassing customer service
Friendly residents, managers and staff. Excellent food and kitchen staff. Only difficulty for me is adjusting to a set schedule.
