I have had the terrible misfortune of dealing with this company and I am taking it upon myself to save you the trouble. I literally signed up with this site just to write this review. Two months ago we notified the office that our conditioner was broken. After two weeks someone finally came to refill the freeon. This didn't fix the issue. The hvac tech gave us his card and said that if it didn't work to call him personally and he would talk to the office and fix it. He told them and they never got back to him.
