I had a neighbor dispute over our shared fence and was told by the City of Palo Alto, to contact Paul Hebert, administrator for the Palo Alto Mediation Program through Project Sentinel. I am so glad I did. Paul was courteous, knowledgeable and passionate about the work he does. Through this program, I am glad to say that the issue was quickly resolved. Paul, I thank you immensely.
