The staff here are absolutely beautiful. They are super responsive to the needs of the elderly and treat them with the dignity and respect they deserve. Palms is always very clean, and the staff provide great medical and social care of the elderly. You can tell that the staff are not just doing this job to pay the bills they are genuinely motivated to make the elderly welcome and to meet their everyday needs.
