My dad has stage 4 brain cancer and went to retrieve his chair today, was told someone could load for him. After he waited nearly 45 mins he was forced to carry the chair through the store and to the car where he and my mom struggled to load it. The person working offered no assistance whatsoever and when asked answered with a flat out “no”. The level of professionalism shown at this establishment is exactly why I will not recommend this business to anyone!
I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company! Their price was fair, quality exceptional, personnel courteous and they delivered on time. Thank you Palmetto Upholstery!
