Never had trouble changing big checks at any other location including Beaufort and Hampton , they acted as if i was super sketchy questioned my job as if i didn’t really work as what I said I did ( i know they have to ask questions but it’s the way they went about about it and how i was talked to and treated )to be honest i felt discriminated . Definitely will be avoiding this location at all costs.
My husband and I have been banking here for over 10 years now and we’re very happy with this bank. The staff is outstanding and always greets us with a smile. They’re excellent and very professional in their work. Thank y’all so much for your services and for being there for our financial needs.
