Horror story, They tripled the cost of filing my taxes (very simple return) without ever letting me know until it was time to pay (nothing about my tax return changed from the year before) They made a mistake filing sisters taxes and tried to charge her more to fix their own mistake. I called them to make sure my taxes were filed because i didn't remember E-signing, they told me everything was done and filed.
