I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Tracy Brown at this location and she is by far the nicest and kindest person I have ever worked with at a business before. She is caring and compassionate and a wonderful representative of your business. She went far and above to help me with my problems and issues and she helped me get everything straightened out. I tried to get money out of the atm last night. $160 to be exact. An error message popped up on the screen, and said it could not be processed. However, I checked my bank account, and the money was taken out. Any of the 1800 numbers I tried were useless. Now I have to wait until Monday.
I can not say enough GREAT things about this bank!! We have never had such an easy experience at a bank until this one. Every single person there actually care about you and your account needs! They treat you like friends you’ve known your whole life!!! My only regret is that we didn’t switch to this bank sooner!!!! Chelsea and Lindsay are who we originally started with there and they are absolutely the BEST! However like I said you will not meet any of them in this bank that are not the best!!!
