Very nice and professional people
I moved out of state and I have been locked out of my account for a few weeks across all my devices including their own app, due to an error with "high traffic" My whole family banks with palmetto and no one else is experiencing this issue. I called to get the problem resolved and asked if it was due to being out of state but was repeatedly told that wasn't the issue.
