EDIT: After my experience below I contacted customer service through the app. They corrected the issue. Apparently the manager of this particular branch needs more training. Very poor customer service. I was charged a fee due to an error by the merchant I purchased from and they wouldn't refund the fee. I get that it was the merchant's fault and not their's, but when they clearly see that it was caused by error, the least they could do is refund it in the interest of decent customer service, but they apparently don't care.
I hate this bank. Constant issues with card, ridiculous limits on how I spend my own money or use mobile money apps. There's no notification, email, or text when your card declines either so you have to either call and wait for someone to help to find out or wait until the bank is even open to contact someone. Use your card more than 15 times in a day? Thats it. No more! Transfer a total of $1500 to money apps over several transactions? Thats it. No more!
