Reported a fraudulent transaction my card was blocked and I have spoken to 7 different customer service agents and nobody is able to order a replacement card. I keep on getting transfered and told to call the number i just called. This is very frustrating I have never had this problem with any other banks I would think this is a simple step to do. I really just need a card.
