For the last 2 months my credit card payments have posted late when payments are made on time. I'was informed January payment would be back dated however that never happened. Here we go in February with the same issue. Palmetto Citizens what is going on?
Great in-person service but absolutely impossible to get someone on the phone! I've spent way too much time on hold, only to never get through, and then I don't receive a call-back after following the automated prompts. Moving my account to an institution that will respond to my needs.
