It’s like they’re constantly hiring new people & The people have not the slightest idea what they’re doing! It’s to the point I don’t even go To the West Columbia location any longer. Just a bunch of ignorant people🤡
I work 2 jobs and these ladies and gentlemen go out their way to make me feel heard, respected, and most importantly welcomed. I don't have to bank here, I want to! West Columbia is the best !!!!!!
I’ve been banking with Palmetto for years and they have always been extremely kind and respectful! Whether I’m going through the drive through or walking inside I am always met with a welcoming greeting and everything gets handled quickly! When there is an issue it is always resolved, they communicate well and make sure I’m understanding anything new I may be dealing with. Love my local bank!
