I had my 1999 or 2000 Gary Fisher bike tuned up here. It was a great experience when I dropped it off. But when I picked up my bike the owner went through on what he did. Seemed great. Got my bike into my car and noticed the seat ripped. I did not bring my bike in looking like that 5 days ago. It was in perfect condition. I called about a E-bike and was treated like a person calling to waist his time. It continued when I finally went in to see and purchased a $1500 bike. I asked more questions about the bike after purchasing the bike and he refused to listen to me and was extremely rude. I would never recommend my enemy going to the shop or perhaps the only one to go to the shop. Went in on a Wednesday and picked out 2 bikes I wanted to purchase. I did not have bike I wanted to trade with me so my name was placed on bikes and it was discussed I could pick them up Friday am and they would be " ready to go". Friday morning I was told I could come back in several hours because they needed to lube chains, air tires, and transfer over a kick stand. No other customers were in store.
