I had a virtual estimate scheduled for June 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM. They called me just 21 minutes before my appointment to cancel because they couldn’t make it. The next available appointment wasn’t until the following Monday. Very disappointing experience and poor communication. I would not recommend.

Our second move with Palmer and our driver Jeff! The best of the best! Outstanding Customer and service attention to detail! Moved us during an ice storm, Had to shift dates off and on and they still safely made it happen! Thanks again for everything!
