Been going here for tax preparation for years. Always done on time, and with a smile. Knows lots of ways to maximize my returns.
First of all she refuse to give me a receipt for the $250 I paid her. She put my son's social security number in wrong. I received a letter from the IRS concerning a 8962 form that should had been filled and filed with my 1040 tax return on a market place insurance I had 2015. She gave me the run around . Stressing me out sending me places on things that didn't pertain to what she was paid to do. I waited patiently for her to come out the hospital, get well and help me.
