The reason this rating is so low is t because of the furniture itself. It’s more for the customer service. We bought the exact same couch as our family because we loved there’s so much but when we got it and then visited their house again. There was a HUGE difference in the cushions. They had had theirs for 3 1/2 years at this point and we just got ours and there’s was FILLED with stuffing and ours was flat as a pancake. So we called and called and called. No pressure from the sales staff. They were willing to hold our purchase until we were ready for it. They delivered what they promised.
Garage management and customer service. DO NOT COME HERE
Staff is very friendly and helpful! No pressure, just good to work with. Great experience!
