Still closed as of August 21st, 2024. Looks like a nice store though. Maybe next year
I have driven to this store 4 times. Various days, various times of day. All during posted " posted " hours . I'm from out of town and out of state. Paid for tolls on Mass Pike to get there.. THEY HAVE BEEN CLOSED EVERY TIME ! April and May. Now I go to R&R in Winsted CT as well as Train Word in NYC.
Owner and staff very knowledgeable and patient with my 6-year-old. A fantastic selection and a little bit of everything for everyone. A little bit pricey but definitely worth the trip. Oh, and resident dog a sweetie.
Great place, great people, great stock, store clerk knows a lot. Only real problem is the days that it is open. The guy working told me that they will change once the owner comes back. Would recommend.
