I DO NOT RECCOMEND this tax service! I used them for years with the understanding that if they messed up your taxes, they would pay all except penalties and interest. Well, they screwed my city taxes up BIG TIME! When I asked them to pay all but the penalties and interest, their response was, "We are under new ownership and that is no longer our policy". Funny, no one notified me of new ownership and new policies. When I asked to speak with the "new owner", he was too cowardly to call me back.

Love love love Judy!!! No matter what state I live in since 1998 I have had Judy doing my taxes! She is so very knowledgeable and since 2011 I have traveled from Fl just to have her. I do NOT trust my families taxes to anyone else. Can't wait to see you in February!!!!

I have been using Palmer and Associates for well over 10 years. Judy Palmer is wonderful to work with. She helps you and actually cares about what is going on with you. They also don't charge too much. Her fees are reasonable and barely go up, year to year, if at all. Which is amazing since all prices go up every year. Even though paying the IRS is a miserable experience, she makes it not seem so back. I look forward to seeing her every year. She is also an asset to the community. I LOVE Palmer and assoc! I have used them for over a decade and have always been pleased. Judy has done my taxes and even though I only see her one time a yr,she remembers me,my family and even asks about the kids. VERY personable and enjoyable. I moved 8 hours away in 2007 and I still drive back to have my taxes done.I couldn't imagine having anyone else do them.Even my parents have switched to Plamer and associates.
