Could not have asked for a better experience with this company during our time in need.
We called to inquire about a car rental when our motorcycle broke down yesterday. Although the lady we spoke to on the phone was polite, we felt like we were being taken advantage of. Price was high for the 5 hour period we needed a car to return home to pick up our vehicle and trailer to tow the bike. They wanted to charge a storage fee for the 5 hours our bike would have been on their property. I am glad we were able to find a reasonable alternative elsewhere in Worthington.
