I feel compelled to share what an amazing experience I had on a scheduled walk through. Lisa Hartley is the Community Relations Director and earns every applause for it. Our family, will be in the coming months need to move Dad here to be near me. All questions are never to be discounted. I toured the entire facility. It's absolutely lovely. 2 outdoor spaces, 24/7 menu, and the huge difference is the staff interface. We don't have a definite date, but they will be in communication with me. This is regarding my great grandmother living there, we recently moved her out- here’s why. They kept raising the rent- for what? They didn’t wash her clothes, they were filthy and wadded up on the floor of the closet. Her bedsheets were filthy. All of her necessities were locked up, like her depends and wipes and the people who had keys to her necessities refused to come in to unlock it so she can have them.
