ANNA is such an amazing Lilly Pulitzer Advisor!!!!! She makes the whole shopping experience amazing and sooooo much fun! Of course her Palm Village boutique has all the latest and greatest Lilly! It’s so Great to have her back at Biltmore Village and thriving! Pop on in for everything Lilly!

Stopped in as a first time customer this past weekend, and we couldn't have been happier. Anna was accommodating, and gracious with her time. She researched a couple of pieces for us and offered suggestions. We ended up purchasing quite a few items and we were 100% satisfied with each one. Anna also took the time to share her experience with Hurricane Helene, and really put into perspective the challenges of bringing the store back from the flood. A couple weeks ago my husband and I took a trip to Ashville and we found this cute little store! They were having a sidewalk sale on a Sunday and I really wanted to give back to this community after all they had been through.. BUT.. I have never been in a store where I was followed closely ( and I mean like 2 steps behind) by a young girl, watching every move we made. Did we look like thieves?? I have shopped at several other LP stores, and this shop by far offers the best customer service. Anna and her associates are always warm, welcoming, friendly, and very professional. A must stop for me every time I am in Asheville.
