Always late rude drivers and half of them can’t drive. The call center people are rude they don’t try to resolve any issues and the call wait time some time is ridiculous.
Terrible service there always late, rude dispatch, I was told I can get an earlier ride home if I was done at doctors over an hour and I called and the same woman is always on and never gives me an earlier ride no matter what I say. There's always an excuse why they can't today it's because he's running late and because it's raining is that my problem. Your dealing with sick people here have some compassion and empathy. Shame on u. Fire every one there and hire good people
Poor usage maps. Staff quick to help on certain routes. Not so much on others. Clean. $2 per ride with no daily cap seems steap. Place to get bus passes for seniors is 3 buses alot of walking in the heat and staff at county office was quite rude and disrespectful
