Palm Tran is a joke, the drivers have no idea how to get to my own home and never read the notes that were put out and instead they listen to their god awful and inaccurate GPS system. Worst service I'm using just to get to work and even home like passing by my workplace like the driver has never went to a chick-fil-a before to the location that I work for, they also come at the wrong time when picking me up from work as well. Horrible. Today bus 24105 had its alarm go off for 30 Mins near the outlet. Called customer service only to get the automated line
Llevo 45 minutos esperando el 43 vía a Royal Palm y el GPS me indica que el que me toca, está fuera de la ruta...que días o!
The customer service is great. I have my favorites there and they never disappoint. We laugh much and make each other's day
