They are awful. The dispatchers couldn't be any nastier. I've taken 7 trips and they've all been a disaster. The county needs to be notified.
The driver Jolene is the worse very rude disrespectful and doesn't fallow directions and leaves you behind I have a note saying to pick up in the parking lot but she's constantly going to the front of the building on a main street which you are not allowed to park on If she would just fallow the notes she would know to come to the back of the building I'm extremely upset
Absolutely the worst company. Supposed to pick up my husband from rehabilitation center and take him to dialysis center literally a 15 min drive one day driver comes in said she was here to get him walked back in the van and drove away told dispatch she was told he wasn’t ready it was a lie the staff even ran after her to try and stop her she kept going. Always late rude drivers and half of them can’t drive. The call center people are rude they don’t try to resolve any issues and the call wait time some time is ridiculous.
