My Mom received a letter from the IRS about her 2022 taxes with an error on it. We worked with Sarah at Palm Tax who couldn't have been more helpful and nice. The error was my Mom's not Palm Tax. Thank you, Sarah! You really took the time to help us and we couldn't be more grateful!
It would be a profound mistake if you don’t have Hannah do your 2022 taxes at Palm. STRONGLY RECOMMEND I returned for my 2023 taxes only to find the business moved, moved into a building with no address, no sign, no waiting area except in a hallway and was treated abruptly when asking questions about my taxes. A two room office offered no privacy and disorganized at best. Find a different business, this one is very substandard. NOT RECOMMENDED
The new girl at the wrong address was great very professional very talented in what she knew on taxes. Please have the extra 9 removed from your Web site and place a sign so you are easily found
