Kristi has created a warm and aesthetically pleasing sanctuary with Palm Massage Studio. Walking in I felt instantly soothed and relaxed. Kristi is very knowledgeable and happy to pass on advice and tips to help with functional movement and make you feel at ease. I attribute my pregnancy massages with Kristi to being able to move well and stay active right up to the end of my pregnancy. I would highly recommend as a treat to yourself
Love love love my pilates classes with Kristi. I can't recommend her enough, she's amazing and her space is truly so calming and inviting. Her knowledge is admirable. 10/10!

I love pilates and getting that 1:1 experience really honing that mind muscle connection truly took it to the next level. Kristi has helped me with a number of injuries through massage and Pilates programs which has allowed me to continue with my busy lifestyle. I would highly recommend Palm Massage Studio, the studio space is incredibly relaxing and Kristi is a master at encouraging self care.
