Also check the "embedded network" system for Power Supply and costs to the Resort it requires some serious review and understanding prior to signing a contract. Currently under review by the Age Care Commission from July 2025 to now. Failed 21 of 42 standards. Appalling level of care, inexperienced staff and ineffective management. If you are thinking of putting an elderly loved one in PLC Toowoomba - DON'T - do your research. Very shiny building and very expensive but its the care that matters. It will be a very long time before this facility is brought back into compliance and in the meantime the residents suffer especially those that require high care.
