They advertise no exit fees. They do charge a huge agents fee (between $60k and $120K ) when you try to sell. My wife and I had the misfortune to live in a QLD Palm Lakes community. Everything is portrayed as so lovely - the reality is completely different. Save future heartache and avoid them.
Last week my husband & I called into Palm Lake Resort just for a look and were really impressed. We were met by Jess who was an absolute delight; friendly , respectful, insightful and ‘real’ in the sense that her manner was not pushy - just genuine and she offered some great options and advice.
