Fantastic setup we loved it, we intend to downsize and we would have preferred less indoor space and a more outdoor sunny area for our small dog, will suit majority of buyers though
Having spoken to Jess ( resort salesperson) a couple of times on the phone and by zoom, I drove 9 hours to go and view the resort. When I arrived Jess was welcoming, friendly and very professional. She answered all my questions honestly and factually, was not at all pushy and nothing was rushed. I was also very impressed by the quality of the resort itself. Jess followed up my visit by phone some days later and once again was very helpful. Thank you Jess.
They advertise no exit fees. They do charge a huge agents fee (between $60k and $120K ) when you try to sell. My wife and I had the misfortune to live in a QLD Palm Lakes community. Everything is portrayed as so lovely - the reality is completely different. Save future heartache and avoid them.
