I moved into this village recently. Coming from Tasmania i looked into many villages and chose this one because it has beautiful landscaped gardens and lakes surrounding the homes giving space and tranquillity. Many have extra large sites . It has new management now, I believe a huge improvement from the past caretaker. The office staff are rude and unhelpful we definitely wont be back to actually looking what is on offer. The staff member I spoke to was more interested in going for lunch then home after lunch. If was friday 10.30am and had no time for us. Poor customer service and get the same from people we met at the RSL that live there, they said the staff are worse when you move in because they have your money.

A friend recently purchased a unit in Palm Lakes Resort and is very happy there so far. She loves all the activities and the facilities are excellent. They have good social offerings too.

Amazing place not only in layout but the facilities provided which include a bowling green, swimming pool, tennis court, dance floor with stage, kitchen and dining area. First class security and choice of residences with some accommodating an RV or Caravan.
