The office staff are rude and unhelpful we definitely wont be back to actually looking what is on offer. The staff member I spoke to was more interested in going for lunch then home after lunch. If was friday 10.30am and had no time for us. Poor customer service and get the same from people we met at the RSL that live there, they said the staff are worse when you move in because they have your money.
