Avoid cleaning contracts here, never any access, won't issue a code to get in the gate so much time wasted here, ive lost hundreds of dollars in contracts here because I can never get in. Avoid this place! Now pursuing legal action for compensation due to lost work.
Palm Lake Resort, Bargara, Queensland is a lovely place to live. It is very safe in your house & when walking around. There is a community garden full of deliciously fresh fruit, veggies, herbs etc. The two clubhouses hold regular events & social activities eg bingo, pool, night-time meals. A very lavish RV over 50 set up lots to do at the site.
We have been here over 9 years, seen so many caretakers come and go and watched our fortnightly rental charges increase dramatically due to the market rental rates previously used. Are so fortunate to have some wonderful neighbours, however, getting very despondent with the lack of maintenance. Mgnt just use the excuses of awaiting parts, labour and/or approvals.
