Wonderful place
If you’re planning to moving to the Palm Island Apartments…don’t...the management namely, Dhelmy it’s not the most competent manager I’ve ever experienced. The tenants on our floor have been complaining about a dryer that only dries 50% and no one resolves the issue. We’ve submitted work orders we’ve complained over the phone. I just walked over and showed her my towel load after running 60 minutes and it’s 50% dry and she still thinks I’m crazy and I’m lying. Talk about gaslighting. Very helpful
Well after living here a few months, if you dont want pease and quite then this is the place for you, i mean between the lawn service, the tree service, the drive way cleaning service, trash pickup, the big trucks going in and out this place is good if you like alot of noise, believe me i live here, but not much longer
