Lisa is friendly and professional. She runs a local business and sells mostly Canadian— made products. She listened, provided options, helped with colour coordination , provided samples and worked with within our budget. She was punctual, organized and knowledgeable. We had our blinds installed within the timeframe she had estimated and we are very pleased with them. We will be using Palm Drapery and Blinds next time we need window treatments.
