Crooked Management Company Runs Horrendous Properties – G & K Management runs Beck Park Apartments in North Hollywood, which I moved into in August of '09 to find the place infested with cockroaches. After 6 months of fumigation, moving our stuff in and out of the apartment, the matter was (mostly, but not completely) settled.
