I had Radiofrequency Ablation treatment done today by Dr Mary Swan for by varicose veins, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. I was really nervous going in, with a strong fear of needles, but as soon as the team knew this, they were incredibly kind and reassuring. They talked me through everything step by step, kept me distracted with interesting conversation that led to laughter, and created such a calming environment for me from lavender pillow to relaxing music in the background. I came to Palm Clinic with pigmentation issues - hoping to be able to get laser treatment but knowing that some types of pigmentation can get worse with laser, so I was wary as a first time client that they would try to just offer me laser as an easy option without any further analysis of the skin.
