The anti-Christian sentiment expressed by your accounts receivable clerk is not only unkind but also unnecessary. If she is unable to convey a point without denigrating an individual's faith, it casts a negative light on her professionalism and compromises not only her integrity but the integrity of those she represents. I'll do business with a company whose employees don't apologize for their insults with "Sorry I insulted your fairy-tale, Snowflake".
Delivery’s are never on time. The driver arrived with an empty truck. The product is damaged this is the worst wood mill in south Florida.
I waited a month to write this because I was so angry. I am still angry. I ordered doors from PCM in JULY of 2022. PCM had originally built our existing front doors and Brian Schmidt who was my salesperson located the original plans so they had the exact measurements of the existing doors. I paid them in August of 2022. In March of 2023 the doors come in. 8 months later. And he ordered the doors 16" TOO SHORT!!!!! They had my money and my time for 8 months and the order was WRONG.
