This owner seems really overwhelmed and disorganized. I brought in a bike and was told a couple days max for a flat tire. Went back twice during the wk,bike hadn't even been moved from where I dropped it off.Kept saying it would be done asap. There is no system of tracking, he seems very confused. . He kept asking me, what the bike needed done? I had to take it elsewhere, after wasting a wk here and not getting anything done. Its too bad,as Yarmouth could use a good bike shop.

I just came in for a little help, and everyone there was so nice and friendly! They got me back on my way quickly, and I super appreciate the help they gave me. Great people here!

did a great job of fixing up my bike w new tires and seat and rack and tune up. like a new bike!

Dropped off 2 bikes to have new front tires put on and rear inners. Was told 1-2 days. Came in next day, was told they werent done which was fine, i offerred to purchase the supplies and i could repair myself. He talked me out of it and said eaely next week he would have it, no problem. I come thursday the following week, not done. Doesnt remember me or the bikes, doesnt understand whats needed. This was clearly my worst experience in any small business, let alone bike shop. Do not go there for repairs or service .
