Amazing customer service and friendly staff and colorful showroom! I bought a PVC table and chairs 30 years ago and they are sturdy, colorful, wide and strong enough for my heavy guests I’ve bought lots of metal patio furniture that has come and broken and went to the dump but these PVC chairs are comfortable, colorful and heavy duty! Good quality and a variety of patio and outside furniture. A little pricey but you don’t have to worry about ordering patio furniture online and being surprised in a bad way when the furniture is small and cheaply built.
I can't not express how happy we are with our new patio set. We have a small patio and we were having issues with finding the right size set along with the right chairs that are comfortable for my back & neck pain. This family owned business got it done! They customized the table size to 36" along with the perfect colors to match our decor. The chairs swivel & rock making it easy to get in and out of. I am updating my review because I was contacted by the owner and he helped me better understand their policy. He listened to my needs and is going to make things right by sending replacements for me even with me not directly purchasing from them. I had my cushions sent to them for restuffing and still waiting on those. I'm happy to know there is still great service out there and companies that still stand by their products. Thank you for making this right.
I was not really happy with this company. Great looking sets, but they would not honor a warranty on a set that got damaged. They can confirm it is their product, but because I got the set from a friend they would not honor it. That's a bummer because as much as they charge for them they should help a customer fix them. Extremely dissatisfied.
