We thought we really loved Palm Casual Patio Furniture in Orange Park when we first ordered our furniture from them. However, when we recently had some of our patio cushions stolen off our porch, the Team went out of their way to find remnants of our fabric and constructed us replacement cushions at no cost!!! This is amazing customer service! This is how you cultivate customers for life!!! Thank you!

We needed a patio refresh after I tried to replace the original cushions with some from a big box store that were just awful quality. Brandon at Palm Casual went above and beyond to help me pick the size and color to complete this refresh! Cushions were ordered and came in quickly, just in time to enjoy this Florida fall weather!
