I have been shopping at Palm Casual Furniture for over 20 years. Today I was in there buying a few add on items and it is such a pleasure to see the same people that I delt with so many years ago. Landon, the young man that helped me was so patient while I tried to match my original fabric. The quality of my 20 year old set was so great that it still looks brand new! Staff is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Had a warranty item, and they were amazing in replacing an item that was not particularly new, but they honored their lifetime warranty!!! Highly recommended!!!
New owner said his uncle , the previous owner was responsible. Claimed to have no records of previous sales and warranty and just not interested in resolving the issue. Will never buy from this store again. We paid a lot of money and no support as was originally guaranteed. Bad experience
Bought a patio set here a few years back. Furniture is fine, but wow their sales people are wildly unfriendly when you come in to replace cushions.
