Almost 3 years ago, I purchased a set of four charrs from this store. Over the last year. I started noticing some cracking in the wicker. I took some pictures and emailed the store. They immediately told me that they would either replace them or credit me the value for new furniture. I just returned form the store where we selected four new chairs with new cushions. We purchased our fantastic furniture 12 years ago from them and have told many friends that this is the place to go! Last week we decided to replace the cushions which finally began showing their age. (12 years--who knew). We live in St Augustine and worked with Morgan to replace everything. She helped us with the fabric and size and happily we will have it all within a month...no driving! She did an amazing job!
Heather is amazing. She spent hours with my mom helping her figure out what would work in her new space . The furniture is beautiful and the prices are great. Very friendly staff and very helpful!
