Poor website Tried shopping online. Clicked everything possible and could NOT view chairs. I just got a list of furniture.. If I can’t view it online, I’m not driving to the store to purchase. Also, would like to see prices before driving to the store.
Very happy with our purchase and experience at Palm Casual! They manufacture some of their own lines of furniture so we ended up purchasing their polymer line that is made in Orlando. They had an overall nice selection of aluminum and wicker also. We visited several other stores and Palm Casual's pricing and quality were the best. Associates were helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend!
BUYER BEWARE: COUNTRY-OF-ORIGIN FRAUD I worked at Palm Casual’s Holly Hill location in 2024 and witnessed management instruct employees to remove 'Made in China' labels from wicker furniture before delivery. BUYER BEWARE!!! Warranty/Guarantees are worthless! They DO NOT stand behind their warranty/guarantees! After 8 years, some pieces of our wicker furniture started to unravel, so we contacted Palm Casual. We sent detailed photos.
