BUYER BEWARE!!! Warranty/Guarantees are worthless! They DO NOT stand behind their warranty/guarantees! After 8 years, some pieces of our wicker furniture started to unravel, so we contacted Palm Casual. We sent detailed photos. If could give this store's manager a ZERO rating, I would. I spoke to her over the phone, at length, and told her what outdoor furniture I had that we were wanting an estimate to get the material replaced. I told her that we would haul it in, which we did. When we got there, the prices she then gave me were literally 3 times more than what she told me over the phone. I told her on the phone that we had had the PVC patio set for 20+ years. I have bought furniture from Palm Casual several times. A little pricey but you get what you pay for! If you want beautiful furniture that lasts forever (cushions can't be beat; thick, durable, washable and multitude of color choices), good service, helpful staff and they stand by their product.

Wanted $200.00 to replace 2 shelves on a small cart, that's not standing behind their PVC furniture, very disappointed....
