My husband and I came by here after finally completing our custom pool build with a bar and screen enclosure. We came here after a salesperson from Haverty's recommend Palm Casual for outdoor furniture. As we walked in you immediately see the very unique showroom floor. Wrong people work here. Sales girls are straight up rude to all customers and talk to customers like they are children. And I reported to the manager and he did not do anything about it. The repair guy just gives an attitude when people walk inside. I would never shop here at the ROCKLEDGE EVER AGAIN! If I could give this place a negative star review I would in a heartbeat!!!

Interesting sales person. Did not fit our personalities
In 2010 We purchased a rocker, love seat, 2 side tables and one foot rest for our condo balcony. We have loved it for 15 years!! And still love it. It’s worth it!! Very nice and great service!!!!! We will enjoy for another 15 years but then it might be time to go back to Palm Casual!!!! Thank you for the fantastic furniture!
