I canceled my account back in January but they continue to withdraw the funds from my account. It has been impossible to speak with a live person. The salons were clean and well kept but the girls working at the Pooler location were often rude and clearly don't know how to cancel a membership.
Oh my god this is the worst tanning salon i have been too. It is super expensive and they do not tell you the the full price of anything I as trying to cancel my member ship and waiting for a call from their manager Hanna at the Kennesaw salon we will see if she calls
This is really sad I've been calling this company for the past couple of days and no one's not returning my call back I got a bill and this is not right this is unacceptable I'm calling Better Business Bureau
No one picks up the corporate phone ever. Left multiple messages and no one gets back to you. They continue to charge my card despite my account being frozen
Don’t go to the tanning salon! Stupid expensive! They don’t tell you the price of anything , trust me when I got the 1 month and the everything and lotion it came to 191$ I knew it was expensive for the bed I got , but she didn’t inform me that the lotion was 81$ till later ! And they have ALOT of different beds ! And they went through it so fast . I thought I got a 20 minute bed ! But I got a 12! Just find another place !
