Going to be my first year of collage fresh out of High School. I will be studying AI. My experience with staff here was very good. Everyone is very kind and supportive. If your looking to start college like me I recommend it!
I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service I received today when I contacted the Palm Beach Gardens campus Financial Aid Office. I spoke with a representative named Sasha, and unfortunately, the experience was both frustrating and unproductive.
I was thinking of applying to this school but after the experience with the admissions office I changed my mind. They were extremely rude/unhelpful from the first interaction. It immediately made me reconsider my options. It felt like they wanted to push me to anyone else rather than actually help. Instead of answering my questions they argued with me.
