This review is for ROBERT FORD of the financial aid department. I left in tears after being verbally belittled by Robert Ford today. He treats students very poorly, he is very curt, snappish and rude. When attempting to be informed of the process of how transcripts affect financial aid, Robert Ford got very aggressive with his reply, rolled his eyes at me when I asked questions and overall was very nasty with me.
