So unprofessional!!!! It's like dealing with KIDS. I purchased a puppy in Dec. 2010. We haven't had any problems with her health, like I've heard from others. However, they assured my husband and I that we will recieve a copy of her certifcates. It's NOW going on three months, several phone calls and promises that we will have it soon and still nothing. I've been given the run around and can't beleive how hard it is to return a call. Lets see how much longer it will take.
I love my Puppy I purchased my puppy from Palm Beach Puppies and I got the best puppy ever! I found the store clean and the staff knowledgeable and accommodating.. I would recommend Palm Beach Puppies to anyone looking for a quality puppy. A great experience
An absolute, without question, seller of "custom designed" dogs from puppy mills. EVERY single dog in the store comes from Minnesota, Missouri, all over the country. The girl I spoke with, about as clueless as it gets, said "they are all driven to us". When I asked if they were brought individually or in cages, she stammered and said "oh, well, I think they all come to us individually". Nonsense. THIS IS AN OUTLET FOR PUPPY MILLS. We went there knowing which puppy were interested in and the staff could not have been more helpful. called the on the phone and the man was extremely rude and hung up on me when all I did was ask a simple question. this just shows how they treat their animals. I definitely would not recommend this place whatsoever.
Very positive experience! Our very much loved Bernadoodle puppy is a complete joy. Very happy and very healthy. Our personal vet gave her an A+ in her first wellness check up.
My little dog was bullied in this shop, and a foot wound. The smell is very stinky and not clean.
