I have been a subscriber off an on for over 30 years. I spend more time dealing with billing mistakes (always overcharged) or missed deliveries than I do reading the paper. The last time I cancelled my subscription was due to missed deliveries. But I resubscribed like an idiot. My latest Sunday only subscription has had four (4) deliveries and seven (7) missed deliveries. What a shame that their reporting cant actually get delivered. Since delivery is their job, if they don't fix the issue they will not have a job. New... read more
NO STAR REVIEW...Agree with everything that has been said about the Palm Beach Post home delivery. The worse part is they do not care. They accept payments for a service and product they know they will not provide. The PBP is the most unprofessional organization I have every experienced in my 70 years. And they will not provide proof that my service is extended when a day is missed and they will not answer how I get credit for a missed Sunday which cost twice as much as a week day paper so extending the service one week day ... read more
If I could give them zero stars I would. We have been subscribers to the PB Post for over 30 years. The delivery service over the last year or so has been horrendous. At least 1-2 times a week we do not receive a paper. We call and nothing happens. Lately we have been receiving 2-3 papers a day which probably means that 2 other people did not get theirs. I have made a complaint to the Division of Consumer Affairs and the company has chosen not to respond. I have written the Editors of the paper with no response eith... read more
Hating the Palm Beach Post: Wednesday they delivered a paper without the Accent section, Thursday was a Holiday, so they didn't deliver. Today, they didn't deliver at all, again, and even though I called before 8:00 am, they said they can't delivery today's paper today, but will deliver tomorrow, which they won't, they promise this but don't deliver (no pun intended) on their promise. On their website, the phone number they give only takes you to an automated line that disconnects before a human comes on to talk to you. Luck... read more
I have been a 7 day subscriber to the PBP, aka Palm Beach Pravda, since 2015. Today, I reached my limit. Average 2 days per week that I receive NO .paper. It is frequently delivered after 10 am, today afer 1030. Even when there is no rain, my paper is frequently soaked, even in the plastic sleeve. The only number where you can talk to a human is option 6 "unsubscribe". Today, a neighbor was told that there is no delivery person for our area (2000 homes). I have left multiple messages per their phone tree,, with NEVER a call ... read more
Any other Palm Beach Post home delivery customers who suffer chronic missed deliveries? I love my hometown paper, but am sick of poor service and excuses. After 21 years as a subscriber, I am ready to cancel. If enough of us threaten to cancel, maybe we can get results.
The Palm Beach post is getting more and more wrong about their so called news each second. Not only is their reporting biased, but their paper is all advertising...so little news..i read an article today by Paul fox Pogue advising homeowners to use handyman for new roofing. Water heaters. Major remodeling. Electrical etc. Does he know that you need permits and inspections required for these jobs? If you have a flood or fire and you do not use a licensed contractor your not going to get reimbursed. What kind of people do... read more
