I was on this diet plan years ago so I knew it worked for me. I wasn't happy with myself and a few weeks ago I received an email from PBMWL and I am happy to be back here as I did need guidance and Terry Kunin makes me feel very comfortable every week when I go in to get weighed and answers any questions I have on my mind. I don't mind stepping on the scale now and its all up to me to follow the diet plan. I'm glad to be back there.

If you want to take a break from the pills, they charge an enormous fee to re-start the program. They told my friend they would call her to warn of going over the three month timeframe, but didn't, and then acted as if her ten years of business, and countless referrals, was of no value to them. The program works, but as soon as the appetite suppressant wears off, it's was difficult for me to maintain the weight loss
