If you are a dentist in Florida and you are thinking of selling to a DSO do yourself a favor and give Jason a call. I realized after talking with him for 10 minutes that if I had used Jason for my negotiations I wouldn’t be in the position I am today with the DSO I sold to. I was very naive thinking these people were very nice and all would work out fine. Unfortunately it did not wind up fine.
