I tried using one of their designers, had already placed a deposit, and he basically ghosted me. I drove to the store to meet with the owner in person, and fortunately was able to get my deposit back. They missed out on an opportunity to work on a big project in Palm Beach.

I came to PB Designer Fabrics to buy wallpaper and wanted to support a local business since I grew up in Palm Beach. They helped with a sample and I had planned on purchasing from them but then I got this nasty email from the owner after I questioned the estimate they had sent me showing double the price listed online plus other fees. Instead of explaining the answer to my question the owner, Raphael, got very angry and upset in his response back to me.
