I would steer clear of this company! The girl I spoke with in customer service has no business in customer service! She is rude, condescending, and talks to you like you are stupid with a “know it all” attitude! I believe her name is Amanda. A friend of mine ordered some nails and received some cheap house brand in place of the name brand that was ordered. No refund was even offered.
Great product selection and excellent customer service. Thomas went out of his way to help intercept an outgoing package to relabel with my preferred shipment option, next day, for a rush job. I had accidentally selected the incorrect shipment option and they were so quick fulfilling the order that within a couple hours it was already ready for UPS to pick up set to leave with their free shipment option.
