Bought a tico nailer from them back in January. The gun started jamming and not firing in March even after I oiled it daily and was extremely careful with it. I had to pay for the shipping myself to get it sent back. They eventually told me it’d be 2 weeks for repairs over the phone due to parts being unavailable and the price was over 100 dollars. I would steer clear of this company! The girl I spoke with in customer service has no business in customer service! She is rude, condescending, and talks to you like you are stupid with a “know it all” attitude! I believe her name is Amanda. A friend of mine ordered some nails and received some cheap house brand in place of the name brand that was ordered. No refund was even offered.
