This company has never given me any problems and when I needed them most, they took care of me. The owner treats everyone with respect regardless of the individual. He has no problem making sure the customers are taken care of. Customer service is exceptional. You get to talk to real people and not AI or robots.
These folks do an awesome job of communication. Recently I have had 2 complicated jobs for fastening complications and they got me the right tools and nails/screws to make our job go smoothly. Kudos to Nail Gun Depot team!
Bought a tico nailer from them back in January. The gun started jamming and not firing in March even after I oiled it daily and was extremely careful with it. I had to pay for the shipping myself to get it sent back. They eventually told me it’d be 2 weeks for repairs over the phone due to parts being unavailable and the price was over 100 dollars.
