So I found PT Shah through my insurance reference. Unfortunately she was no longer in my network, but something still told me to give her a try. See I had a severely herniated disc C5 and was and had been in the worst pain I might have ever experienced. Pallavi is very knowledgeable and talented. She has helped me with a few different physical issues over the years. She has an intuitive sense about what needs to be done, which is rare to encounter. Every time I’ve seen her I have felt better right away, and have come away with knowledge to be able to continue helping myself. Pallavi is also extremely pleasant! I always leave our sessions feeling so happy and cared about.

Pallavi is an outstanding physical therapist and has helped me on various occasions especially during my marathon training. She uses manual release techniques which has helped me tremendously to recover fast and resume my training. She has excellent bedside manners and keenly listens to your problem before embarking on a treatment plan. I highly recommend Pallavi and Hudson PT & would definitely return whenever I need a physical therapist!

Pallavi Shah is the absolute best in her field. She truly knows what she’s doing and she was extremely patient with me . I haven been to her 2-3 times with spine related issues and every time she’s treated me with utmost care and she kept on following up everyday till my issue got corrected. Would highly recommend her as your PT. Love her work so much♥️

Pallavi is very kind, patient and creates a warm and welcoming environment. She helped me with the pain in my left knee by using the gua sha to relieve some of the discomfort. And we also worked on some exercises that will help strengthen the muscles around my knee. I will definitely be back to see her if I need any more physical therapy.
